§1 General Provisions

  1. The data administrator is DOBRY PORT Izabela Makowska with headquarters in Worliny 9a, NIP: 741  180 18 86. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable law.

  2. For the purposes of better reception of the Privacy Policy, the term "User" has been replaced with the term "You",  "Administrator" - "We". The term "GDPR" means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC.

  3. We respect the right to privacy and we care about data security.

  4. Personal data provided in the registration form for workshops and sessions are treated as confidential and are not visible to unauthorized persons.

 

§2. Data controller  

  1. The service provider is the administrator of his clients' data. This means that if you signed up for a workshop or session on our website, we process your data such as: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number.

  2. The service provider is also the data controller of people subscribed to the newsletter.

  3. Personal data is processed:

a.in accordance with the provisions on the protection of personal data,

b. in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy, to the extent and for the purpose necessary to establish, shape the content of the Agreement, amend or terminate it, and correctly provide services

  1. Each person has the right to access data, rectify, delete or limit processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body.

  2. We reserve the right to process your data after termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of consent, only to the extent to pursue possible claims in court or if national or EU regulations or  international law obliges us to retain data.

  3. The Service Provider has the right to share the User's personal data and other data with entities authorized under the applicable law (e.g. law enforcement authorities).

  4. The deletion of personal data may occur as a result of the withdrawal of consent or filing a legally admissible objection to the processing of personal data.

  5. The service provider does not share personal data with other entities than those authorized under the applicable law.

  6. Personal data is processed only by persons authorized by us or persons with whom we closely cooperate.

 

§3. Cookies  

  1. The dobryport.com website uses cookies. These are small text files sent by a web server and stored by the browser computer software. Cookies facilitate the use of previously visited websites. The information collected relates to the IP address, type of browser used, language, type of operating system, Internet service provider, information about the time and date, location and information sent to the website via the contact form.

  2. The collected data is used to monitor and check how users use our website to improve the functioning of the website, ensuring more effective and problem-free navigation. We use cookies to guarantee the highest standard of convenience for our website, and the collected data is used only within the company to optimize activities.

  3. The user may at any time disable or restore the option of collecting cookies by changing the settings in the web browser.

  4. Additional personal data, such as an e-mail address, are collected only in places where the user has expressly consented to it by completing the form. We store and use the above data only for the purposes necessary to perform a given function.
