The most important element of Bert Hellinger's method is the evocation of the love movement, which for various reasons is stopped. Hellinger himself at work is guided by love and respect for other people, as well as for their fate. It goes back generations to unleash the flow of love that gives strength to future generations.
Hellinger describes his method as phenomenological. He surrenders himself to the greater order without even comprehending it. He does it with no intention of helping, nor any intention of proving anything. Bert Hellinger takes a look at what is and what is not seen during setup. It is a phenomenological course of action that is not related to any school. Hellinger was the first to discover and describe the way to reach the phenomenological field of the family, although the science of psychology has known about it for years. The creator of the family setup called this field the "knowing field." Just as the "morphogenic field" according to Rupert Sheldrake is a kind of invisible construction plan, according to which the developing organism takes its specific form, the phenomenological field of the family contains a certain plan according to which the family functions, often for many generations.
Who can the settings help?
The system setting method is used to rebuild the ties between family members broken off, usually as a result of difficult events, in the family. Deep suffering remains and is experienced by everyone in the system, often in future generations as well. This may manifest as recurring fate, similar difficulties or patterns (e.g. loneliness, illness). This form of psychotherapy is recommended for people whose problems are chronic, repetitive and complex. The nature of the problems is visible in the family, e.g. in marriage, in partnership, in relationships with children, some somatic diseases, personality disorders, suicidal tendencies, addictions, eating disorders, depression, anxiety attacks.
The effects of the setting may appear immediately, but there are times when it takes time. The effect may be the disappearance or reduction of symptoms, the emergence of love between family members, reconciliation with the inevitable, gaining inner peace.

From 15 I have been dealing with the Hellingerian setting method for years, not only when I use it professionally in working with people, but I have experienced it many times in my development process as an effective method. I had the pleasure of getting to know Bert Hellinger's way of working live. Other people I learned from were Andrzej Nehrebecki, who together with B. Hellinger wrote the book: Miłość zaklęta w chorobie ", and Milena Karlińska-Nehrebecka. I learned a lot from Małgorzata Rajchert-Lewandowska, who was one of the first in Poland to start to work with this method in working with patients.

Indywidualne Ustawienie Systemowe
Indywidualne Ustawienia Systemowe prowadzę przy pomocy medytacji i obrazów wewnętrznych, za pomocą kartek lub figurek, rekwizytów, bądź także ja uczestniczę jako reprezentant z klientem w ustawieniu. Wybierając sposób pracy indywidualnej, za każdym razem wybieram ją intuicyjnie, bez wcześniejszego planowania.
Metoda ta daje możliwość "ujrzenia", tego co nieświadome u klienta i w systemie rodzinnym, ukazuje dynamiki i wskazuje na główną przyczynę zgłaszanego problemu. Praca ta daje możliwość zainicjowania ruchu miłości, a przez to zdrowienia, uporządkowania, wewnętrznego spokoju...
Przed pierwszym własnym ustawieniem indywidualnym rekomenduję uczestnictwo w warsztacie grupowym ustawień w roli reprezentanta. Umożliwia to zapoznanie się lepiej z metodą, doświadczenie jej oraz "rozćwiczenie się", co sprzyja większej otwartości na pole wiedzące.
